Job DutiesProduces effective, authentic, relevant, influential, and well-researched content in the CEO's voice for a wide range of formats, events, and audiences. Creates briefing documents for major speaking engagements and visit days to assist the planning and drafting process.
Collaborates with the Enterprise Communications team, Office of Strategy Management, and others to develop themes and content.
Provides research, writing and/or editing for regular CEO system internal messages, video scripts, op-ed pieces, strategic correspondence, and additional writing projects as needed.
Assist in staffing key events, supports back of the house production, works with the Enterprise Communications and social media teams to advance the CEO's internal and external media profile, and more.
Remains current in the latest trends in executive communications and monitors content by other leaders in healthcare, B2B and B2C industries, politics, and policy. Identifies effective techniques and narratives and applies models to system executive communications.
Optimizes results through the delivery and measurement of consistent messaging across multiple platforms and tactics.
Performs other duties as assigned.
