Senior Product Marketing Specialist – Release Marketing About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed marketer to join our team as a Senior Product Marketing Specialist – Release Marketing. This person will help build, scale, and standardize our go-to-market processes for product releases across the year. You’ll work closely with product marketers, enablement, creative teams, and product managers to ensure our launches are cohesive, compelling, and consistently executed. What You’ll Be Doing Helping define and improve release marketing processes across teams and functions. Contributing to product demo videos, ensuring technical accuracy and marketing clarity. Maintaining roadmap presentations and other core product marketing materials. Building repeatable launch processes and enablement strategies used across key annual milestones. What You Bring to the Role A love for making the complex feel simple—especially when it comes to explaining how new features and products work. Strong project management skills - you think ahead and create detailed workback schedules taking into account all tasks, approvals, and reviews needed to meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams. You’re comfortable navigating complex cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and deliver a cohesive outcome. An eye for detail and quality—whether that’s pixel-perfect slides or polished demo scripts. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (STEM or business degrees preferred). 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or customer experience technology. Proficiency with common business tools such as Slack and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer service tools. Hands-on experience working as a customer support agent or team lead, especially in technical support or service organizations. Where We Work We’re aiming to hire this role in one of our marketing hub locations: San Francisco, Austin, or Seattle. The US annualized base salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$154,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
