Job Summary:
At DMG, Product Designers identify opportunities, shape the vision of our products, and ensure we're delivering highly crafted, honed products that our customers love. As we continue to develop new products and push our existing products forward, we're looking for Product Designers to redefine the future of working with data, from 0-1. Product Designers at DMG work on a variety of surfaces like data visualization, code editors, monitoring and alerting, marketplace experiences, collaboration, and more.
What You'll Do: Assist in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to refine concepts and prototypes. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights. Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Contribute to our design system by creating and maintaining reusable UI components. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team stand-ups. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Other duties as assigned by management. What You Need:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, wireframes, and prototypes. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Passion for problem-solving and user-centered design. Preferred but not required: Experience with motion design, HTML/CSS, or front-end development. Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs. What You'll Get:
