Job Summary: Investment Management seeks to hire a Website Content Manager to drive website optimization and successfully maintain the day-to-day operations of our digital footprint. The bulk of the team is in New York with key regional leaders in Mumbai and Hong Kong, and cross-functional business partners across the globe. The candidate should be an expert in various digital technologies, as well as have experience working with internal content producers and offshore front-end developers. This person will have strong project management skills and be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily web authoring and publishing of content on MSIM, Eaton Vance, Calvert and other microsites supporting the Investment Management business.
- Actively manage the intake (request management) system in JIRA for web requests from Product & Channel marketing, Sales and Investment teams to publish content on the website.
- Support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM, ensuring it functions correctly, review asset metadata, workflow functions and user access for the various business teams.
- Help with the webpage builds for the new TOM (Target Operating Model) websites including testing and providing UAT feedback.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and be responsible for managing a variety of web related projects from inception to execution.
- Collaboration required with various teams including, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Investment teams for day-to-day website or project related work.
- Familiar with JIRA user stories as well as Agile practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of web content management experience and understanding of basic HTML and CSS
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise-wide CMS. Adobe Experience Manager a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum a plus
- Strong customer service and client services skills
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
