Primary Responsibilities Include: Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly Staying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies Monitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent payments Supporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents Ideal candidates have experience in property management, leasing, or a related field and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
