JOB DESCRIPTION
KEPR has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Weather Anchor / Reporter. In this role, you will report 3 days during the week and anchor weather segments on weekends. You will also serve as the primary fill-in Weather Anchor during the week. Prior experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered.
Skills and Experience:
- A self-starter capable of generating story ideas daily
- Ability to demonstrate enterprise reporting and storytelling creativity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain an active social media presence to build your brand and gather story ideas
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous anchoring experience (preferred)
- Flexible schedule
- Experience with live shots (preferred)
- Experience working in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range is $17.00/hr to $19.81/hr, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including a retirement plan, bonuses, insurance, health and dental coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
