We are seeking a Life Insurance Producer to join our hard-working, family-oriented team. Responsibilities

• Generate new accounts through proactive prospecting and client referrals.
• Respond to inbound referrals and walk-in business.
• Provide comprehensive risk analysis and recommend customized coverage solutions.
• Present proposals and follow-up with prospective clients.
• Complete applications and ensure all carrier-required documentation is submitted accurately.
• Maintain coverage adequacy by utilizing coverage checklists on all accounts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Tennessee Life/Health Producer License (Preferred).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred (Insurance background not required – we'll help you get licensed!).
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity and research skills for gathering information to complete applications.
