Responsibilities:

• Generate new accounts through proactive prospecting and client referrals
• Respond to inbound referrals and walk-in business
• Provide comprehensive risk analysis and recommend customized coverage solutions
• Present proposals and follow-up with prospective clients
• Complete applications and ensure all carrier-required documentation is submitted accurately
• Maintain coverage adequacy by utilizing coverage checklists on all accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

Requirements:

• Valid Tennessee Life/Health Producer License (Preferred)
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred (Insurance background not required – we'll help you get licensed!)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Curiosity and research skills for gathering information to complete applications
