Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in Chester Springs, PA. The Community Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of managing community associations. Duties include communicating with residents, enforcing community rules, coordinating maintenance, overseeing financial management, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. The role requires regular interactions with board members, contractors, and residents to maintain a harmonious and well-run community.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in property management, community association management, or related field
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Prior experience in financial management and budgeting is a plus
