Description
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This position involves a combination of design, creativity, and technical skills, with a focus on understanding and defining trends in user journeys through web applications. This is a long-term contract position with flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage user journey data to support current and future business opportunities.Collaborate with a cloud analyst and tech lead to understand usage patterns and transform them into actionable insights.Define, analyze, and maintain user journeys of customer software interactions.Inform design decisions for AI integration into product UI/UX.Work with Cloud Analyst and Tech Lead to develop unified data models for AI and ML personalization efforts.Mine and analyze company and external datasets to build understanding of user journeys.Explain complex user journeys to a non-technical audience and streamline processes to assist end users.Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Gainsight to find and define trends in user journeys.Foster a positive working environment and contribute to the team's overall success.Understand what business leaders want to gain from the company's application usage.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the field of UX design, preferably within the context of emerging technologies.Strong knowledge and experience with cloud technologies.Ability to research and understand complex technical concepts.Proficiency in using web app and UX/UI design tools.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking.Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in UX design.Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.Ability to prepare datasets and perform data modeling.Knowledge and understanding of emerging technology trends.Strong skills in creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.Experience with video production and editing would be a plus.Familiarity with workstation support and budget processes.Proficiency in identifying business opportunities through analytical insights.Experience in crafting user journeys and understanding user patterns.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
