The Marketing Manager at Tamarack Resort plays a pivotal role in leading and executing the marketing department's campaign and project management efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this position ensures seamless collaboration across internal teams, aligns paid and organic media strategies, and oversees project workflows to achieve strategic objectives and uphold brand standards. This dynamic role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a passion for innovative solutions that advance Tamarack's goals. Expertise in lifestyle, resort, hospitality, and real estate branding and marketing is essential, along with a deep understanding of the cultural landscape of a four-season adventure resort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Executes and evaluates multi-channel marketing campaigns to align with the resort's overall objectives.
- Analyzes campaign performance, monitors KPIs, and benchmarks results to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinates internal and external resources to execute marketing plans efficiently and within budget.
- Establishes workflows for the marketing team, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Manages project schedules, delegates tasks, and ensures team accountability for deliverables.
- Oversees the creation and distribution of marketing assets, including digital, print, and experiential materials.
- Provides strategic guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Facilitates regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Ensures seamless integration of paid media strategies with organic initiatives to maximize impact.
- Guides the development of web, SEO, social media, and email marketing content to ensure engagement and brand consistency.
- Oversees photography, videography, and creative asset production to maintain a high-quality media library.
- Partners with departments to integrate marketing and guest experience across touchpoints.
- Supports marketing efforts for resort events and special projects to enhance guest experiences and drive visitation.
- Directs CRM platform activities, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing email campaign performance.
- Leverages analytics to inform marketing strategies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Upholds brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Ensures all collateral, campaigns, and communications reflect Tamarack Resort's positioning and values.

- Excel in multitasking and project prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and the Adobe Suite.
- A passion for snowsports, golf, and all-season recreation, with an understanding of the resort lifestyle.
