* ENTRY LEVEL POSITION ** Company Description Robert Fiance Beauty Schools Role Description This is a part-time on-site role (with opportunity to become full time) for a Marketing Coordinator, located in either Ocean Twp, or Perth Amboy, NJ. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales activities, creative design, and enhancing customer service efforts. Daily tasks
will include: creating marketing materials and graphics for use across web, print, email, and print; primarily through the use of Canva and AI tools. managing social media platforms; content creation; schedule posts and manage networks administering CRM platforms for data entry, workflow implementation, reporting and analyzing trends and performance of paid advertising. helping to organize events and promotions Coordinating marketing activities across various channels Qualifications Must have experience with Canva Design and provide a portfolio. This position requires heavy design work with guidance from Marketing Director Must know or be open to learning how to use various websites such as Wordpress, Square, Hubspot. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Market Research and Sales activities Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategies Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Seniority level
