As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll launch Account Based Marketing campaigns, campaigns into new verticals/industries, and strategic growth experiments.
This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and will work cross-functionally with our content, design, and web development teams.
Responsibilities
Work closely with sales and SDRs to launch tailored, multi-channel ABM campaigns.Run point on a variety of different growth experiments, with a focus on moving quickly to verify each hypothesis and find new areas of growth.Dive deep into the data to find optimization opportunities, with a focus on very specific niches of the market - our strategy is about quality over quantity.For the right candidate, you will also have the opportunity to lead our Search Engine Marketing campaigns, with executional support.
Qualifications
2+ years of ABM/niche campaign experience and 2+ years of paid social advertising experience preferredStrong B2B marketing experience. Experience with sales cycles of 2-3+ months a bonus but not required.Experience in CRO testing/frameworks, preferably through a tool like Mutiny, Google Optimize, or VWO preferredProven track record of running experiments quickly in a way that delivers reliable results that have a tangible impact on revenue.You know abbreviations like CAC, LTV, and ROAS and how to use them.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or high volume agencySelf-starter and well-organized, who can deliver multiple projects dependably and independentlyAbility to research, learn, and understand buyer personasExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiastic team player who loves to have fun!

As noted above, if your request concerns Personal Information collected in our capacity as a service provider to a client, we are not responsible for responding to the request and may send the request to the client for a response.
Governing law
This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
