Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America - Marketing Content Engineering Position
Location: Frisco, TX
Responsibilities:
- Implement and modify products, services, and marketing strategies based on analysis of recent business results.
- Lead system enhancement projects from requirements gathering, gap analysis, hardware and software cost assessments, to testing and deployment of solutions.
- Drive digital strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging expertise in SEO, website development, traffic analysis, and customer-centric system architectures.
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools for cost-benefit and ROI analysis using relevant software.
- Maintain procedures to ensure best practices in database management, campaign, and lead management of key system components.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with five years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree in the same fields with three years of relevant experience.

- Salary: $143,666 per year
