THE OPPORTUNITY:
Working collaboratively with our customers and 70+ artists makes us happy.
We strive to continually stay on-trend, creating over 200,000 new designs in the last 5 years and 26,000 design modifications yearly. Our techniques include: screenprint, embroidery, applique, heat press, and pretty much everything else under the Minnesota sun. Whew!
We're currently looking for a highly-organized, detail-driven team member to support our Line Artists,
to revise Line Art and work closely with our Art Pack team members
in our continuing endeavor to Wow Our Customers with our on-trend, unique artwork.
We currently have a Line Art Support Artist position available in the following line:
Resort Corporate Division
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours TBD.
(To be considered for remote, you must reside in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, IL, KA, MI, MN, NC, ND, NY, NV, PA, MO, OK, SC, SD, TX, VA, WI)
A Typical Day

| Line Art Revision Support + Art Pack Teamwork
Take care of any revisions on original line art that cannot go to production art
Assist Art Pack Coordinators with new art packs and revisions
Update design series as needed
Develop fill-ins for original series from Line Artist
Develop custom art requests as needed
Work with licensing where needed
Attend all scheduled meetings
Prioritize daily workload based on due dates
Other responsibilities as directed (contributing to our core value of TEAM)
Skills
(qualifications)
| Eye for Detail + Artistic Aptitude + Get It Done Team Mentality
2- or 4-year Graphics Design degree or Art-related degree preferred
Previous experience working with headwear required
Illustrating background and experience with Illustrator and Photoshop or similar programs preferred, to help in the understanding of the creative process from A to Z
Ability to work well within a team and coordinate amongst various departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving aptitude
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent organizational skills
Remote Qualifications I Minimum Requirements:
To effectively fulfill your responsibilities, we expect remote team members to have a reliable internet connection that meets the following minimum requirements:
Download Speed: A minimum download speed of 100 megabits per second (Mbps) is necessary to ensure swift access to online resources, efficient communication, and seamless collaboration with your colleagues. We recommend 200 mbps download.
Upload Speed: Your internet connection should have a minimum upload speed of 20 megabits per second (Mbps). This speed allows for smooth sharing of files, participating in virtual meetings, and contributing to our collaborative work environment. We recommend 50 Mbps Upload.
It is important to note that these above requirements are based on the assumption that your internet connection is dedicated primarily to work-related tasks during business hours. We understand that many households have multiple users and may engage in activities such as streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, Youtube, etc. However, it is crucial that your work-related activities receive the necessary bandwidth and remain uninterrupted.
All remote employees are also responsible for the following:
Must have both Cable and DSL for Internet Types
Must supply their own equipment (including but not limited to monitors, cameras, and computer accessories)
We recommend employees have two monitors for work tasks
Please note that chromebooks are not compatible with our systems.
