Senior Paid Media Strategist

Customer Service Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and target audiences. Translate these insights into actionable paid media strategies, keeping in mind capabilities and offerings of our services and technologies.
Communicate with sales teams on orders as needed for fulfillment.
Acts as a liaison between customers and fulfillment teams, either internally or through third-party providers/vendors.
Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level.
Lead client calls and showcase our team's capabilities and offerings with enthusiasm and confidence. Build strong relationships and gain trust from clients through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
Strategist Responsibilities:
Review campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimizations, ensuring campaigns are driving maximum ROI against our clients’ goals.
Work closely with sales and account managers to provide strategic insights, make media mix recommendations, and assist with communication between sales, clients, and fulfillment teams.
Act as a bridge between sales/account management and the fulfillment team, ensuring expectations are appropriate and strategies are properly executed.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in paid media, including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other digital advertising platforms.
Provide clear direction for order fulfillment, including identifying goals and necessary assets.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet benchmarks and ensure deadlines are met.
Regularly communicate progress updates with stakeholders and advise on best practices.
Support various teams by creating reports, preparing documents, and executing projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in paid search and paid social
Proficient in managing campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience in programmatic media a plus
Experience in media planning and budget optimization with a focus on ROI
Demonstrated client-facing experience with the ability to communicate digital marketing strategies clearly
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insightful recommendations
Strong project management and collaboration skills to work across internal teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Experience with platforms like AOS, JIRA, or Zendesk is a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000, with the potential to earn a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience and skills. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
