Responsibilities
- 社内SNSやLinkedInなどのデジタルプラットフォームを活用した、DHLの戦略的な取り組みやビジネス展開の社内外への発信
- 社内外向けイベントにおける、準備から実行までの全般的なサポート
- 社内外向け各種キャンペーン（オンラインおよびオフライン）の企画・実行
- キャンペーンやプロモーションのためのポスター、ビデオ、各種資料の制作
- 各拠点（新規および既存）との連携による、ブランディングのデザインと実行
- DHLグッズの企画、デザイン、制作への参画
Requirements
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力；ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き；会話に抵抗がない）
- パワーポイント、エクセル中級レベル
- 所属チーム及び他部署と良好な関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
- 基本的なデジタルリテラシーと、新しいツールに対する適応力と学習意欲
- スピード感を持ちつつ丁寧な業務対応を行い、結果を重視する姿勢
- 新しいアイディアを生み出す創造性と、変化に対応できる柔軟性
- 未経験な領域でも、学ぶ機会と捉えて積極的に取り組む姿勢
- 主体性を持ち、能動的に行動しようとする姿勢
