Communications Coordinator to help create timely, impactful, well-crafted emails and SMS content. In this role, you will develop personalized experiences for Prison Fellowship audiences through marketing automation.Expectations of this role:Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actionsCommunicate the importance and impact of our work to our supporters and provide opportunities for them to engage with the brand and get involved with the ministryUtilizing Marketing Cloud, create unique automated paths for users to experience over timeImplement A/B email testing and conversion rate optimization for ministry emails, SMS messages, and journeysReport on KPIs for marketing and ministry program communications, outcomes on user paths, and results of A/B testingQualifications:1-3 years of marketing and/or communications experienceA bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other digital related fieldsSound knowledge of writing, email marketing principles, user journey principles, UX fundamentalsExperience with CRM systems,marketing automation software applications, Microsoft OfficeExcellent oral and written communications skills, copywriting/editing skills requiredThis is a remote/work from homeposition in the US with a 5% travel componentWhat we offer:A team oriented, mission driven, supportive environment with cutting edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development.
