Job Description: Join our mitted team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Lincoln Park, Michigan. In this role, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to address speech and language challenges that impact learning and munication. We seek an SLP with a strong background in providing tailored speech-language services in a school environment, focusing on creating effective munication strategies and enhancing students' academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational needs.
- Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' munication goals.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid Michigan SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
