Job Title: Content Creation Specialist (Photo Retoucher)
Salary: $50-70K DOE
Location: Hybrid 3x week in Little Falls, NJ
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Content Creation Specialist. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual content for our digital platforms, including photography, video, graphics, and editing. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and experience in content creation, with the ability to produce engaging material for social media, email marketing, and ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit product photography and basic video content using DSLR and iPhone.
- Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, and ecommerce needs.
- Retouch photos and edit videos for various digital platforms.
- Support content creation across marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Content Creation, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Premiere), Canva, and video editing software (Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut).
- Experience with social media management / email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar is a plus.
- Strong design-oriented skillset with a focus on content creation.
Additional Notes:
- A background in email marketing or social media management is not necessary, but a solid foundation in content creation is key.
- This role is more focused on media creation than strategy, so candidates should have a design-first mindset.
