Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary marketing manager for assigned development accounts, coordinating creative strategies and initiatives with agencies, PR teams, and social media partners.
• Develop and present comprehensive marketing strategies for exclusive developments, including production calendars to guide design and content teams.
• Lead and participate in regular meetings with developers, providing updates on sales and marketing progress and ensuring follow-up on all tasks.
• Plan and execute recurring marketing campaigns such as digital newsletters, event invitations, and corporate advertisements for local and international audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align messaging, copy, and visuals for all marketing materials.
• Organize and oversee events related to developments, including broker open houses, receptions, and other opportunities, while managing budgets and vendor coordination.
• Ensure marketing assets such as fact sheets, pricing, and brochures are accurate and up-to-date on designated platforms, including websites and mobile apps.
• Partner with PR and social media teams to deliver consistent updates and training sessions for agents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure smooth execution of development-related activities.
• Work with the general real estate marketing team to include developments in broader corporate marketing initiatives.• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within real estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and campaign management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to travel to development sites and attend events as required.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing events, including budget management and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with leveraging tools like Facebook Insights and Google AdWords for campaign analysis and optimization.
