Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer experience, and drive brand awarenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, including user experience, navigation, layout, and functionalityPerform in-depth analysis of website data, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for improvementCreate and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketingOptimize product listings and content on eCommerce platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search engine rankingsManage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing initiativesMonitor and evaluate the performance of eCommerce campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholdersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and optimizationProvide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, based on data-driven analysis and a deep understanding of their business goalsCollaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive eCommerce sales and customer satisfactionSupport the development and execution of digital marketing training programs for clients, sharing best practices and industry insightsStay current with the latest technological advancements in eCommerce and digital marketing, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketingProven track record of developing and executing successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growthIn-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insightsExperience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channelsProficiency in analytic tools such as PowerBIExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
