you will contribute to this mission by optimizing TV media results through strategic media partnerships. as one of the nation's top employers, as well as distinct recognition in the following categories: Leadership, Purpose & Values, and Compensation & Benefits.What You'll ContributeIn this role, you can expect to:Focus your media buying efforts on TV direct response advertisingAcquire the best possible value from media partners and TV stationsAnalyze market avails and renegotiate as necessaryPrepare and plan annual schedulesRegularly identify and create ACT cycle for underperforming markets, stations, and programsConduct weekly optimization meetings with station partners via ZoomMaintain accurate TV expense data and deploy appropriate budgets in assigned marketsBe accountable for cost per lead efficiencies for stations within your marketWhat It Takes to SucceedAt West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results.
