- Manage the end-to-end production process for external campaigns, from pre-production planning to post-production and delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal brand teams, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth production experience.
- Manage relationships with external production partners to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are executed as planned.
- Run and communicate project timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and budgeting needs.
- Coordinate upload and management of assets with the studio team.
- Facilitate asset requests from global, regional, and cross-functional partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends to keep work competitive and efficient.
- Perform duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Production or equivalent experience.
- 5-6 years of agency production experience, including film shoots and photoshoots.
- Proven experience in advertising production management with a track record of delivering high-quality content.
- Advanced understanding of the creative process through pre- and post-production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within timelines and budgets.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Established relationships with proven production partners and Midwest reps.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
