Primary Duties:

1. Manage the end-to-end production process for external campaigns, from pre-production planning to post-production and delivery.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for internal brand teams, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth production experience.
3. Manage relationships with external production partners to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
4. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are executed as planned.
5. Run and communicate project timelines, deliverables, resourcing, and budgeting needs.
6. Coordinate upload and management of assets with the studio team.
7. Facilitate asset requests from global, regional, and cross-functional partners.
8. Stay updated with industry trends to keep work competitive and efficient.
9. Perform duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO policies.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Production or equivalent experience.
• 5-6 years of agency production experience, including film shoots and photoshoots.
• Proven experience in advertising production management with a track record of delivering high-quality content.
• Advanced understanding of the creative process through pre- and post-production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within timelines and budgets.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
• Established relationships with proven production partners and Midwest reps.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
