Title: Marketing Operations Manager/Promotional Review Marketing
Location: San Rafael, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Location: Role requires onsite presence 2 days per week at HQ in San Rafael, CA Summary Description The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations. The role provides support for the Marketing Team's operational functions and collaborates with Compliance, Medical, and other cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: Leading and facilitating the review process for promotional materials through the Promotional Review Board (PRB), including managing meetings, transcribing comments, and ensuring content compliance with FDA guidelines. Overseeing the timely submission of promotional materials to the FDA's Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP). Managing the production and distribution of promotional materials in various formats, forecasting inventory, and coordinating translations. Defining project budgets, managing expenses, and guiding cost-saving measures. Training internal and external partners on systems and processes, managing subscriptions, and partnering with vendors to meet project objectives. Supporting sales enablement tools, managing inventory, and creating reports for teams. Leading special projects to improve processes and efficiencies. This role involves interaction with various teams including Promotional Review Board members, Brand Management, Field Teams, Creative, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biologics, or agency environment Experience managing PRB processes Expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats FDA Pre-Clearance submission experience Skills in continuous improvement, organization, project management, and budgeting
