Your responsibilities include: Conducting User Research: Developing research plans, utilizing methods like interviews, surveys, journey maps, and empathy maps to gather insights about staff and client needs. Data Analysis: Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and insights, and providing UX recommendations. Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partnering with various teams to evaluate the feasibility and value of new products and services. Innovative Problem Solving: Applying creative approaches to solve complex business problems and experimenting with new research methods. Creating Lab Artifacts: Developing UX research artifacts to visualize interactions and guide solutions. Advancing UX Capabilities: Keeping current with the latest UX trends and tools. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human-Computer Interaction; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of UX research and data analysis experience. Ability to apply creative approaches and collaborate across disciplines. Knowledge of data collection, analysis, techniques, and insights delivery. Willingness to travel as needed. Our difference
