Location: Tinton Falls, New Jersey Job Title: Marketing Specialist Job Description Summary The Marketing Specialist will support our NJ Debt teams by executing strategic initiatives, managing special projects, and creating marketing collateral such as presentations and property marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Support creative requests from the team, including attending strategy sessions and designing marketing materials like brochures, proposals, flyers, e-blasts, offering memorandums, tour books, Broker Opinions of Value, and event invitations. Develop materials to communicate key messages and selling propositions. Manage the creation and quality control of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and innovative graphics. Create template presentations and finalize pitches or proposals for distribution. Assist in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand differentiation and business development. Generate content for social media campaigns, including graphics and short videos. Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand from concept to final product. Manage project deadlines, expectations, and communication with stakeholders. Drive quality control of client deliverables, maintaining brand integrity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 3 years of graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience or interest in digital marketing, including website, email, and interactive presentations. Strong creative development skills and ability to produce high-quality graphics. Knowledge of infographics and iconography for visual communication. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in high-end graphics, marketing, or real estate is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Additional Information The annual salary ranges from $72,250 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
