Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts our two hotels, Riggs Washington DC and Lyle Washington DC.
This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. As Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all sales and marketing initiatives for both hotels. Responsibilities will include;
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market shareDevelop pricing strategies, sales tactics, and promotions to achieve revenue targetsMonitor and analyze competitors' sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies accordinglyRecruit, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionalsSet performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team achieves its goalsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales and marketing teamDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholdersAttend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel and generate leadsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business from all segments, including corporate, leisure, and groupDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes digital, print, and social media channelsOversee the creation of all marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and advertising campaignsBenefits
