Job Description :
This position will play a critical role in supporting client's field web program. More specifically, this individual will help in the migration of ~1500 Agent websites from one website platform to client new website vendor.
Major Responsibilities:•Conduct analysis throughout clients field web migration to ensure each Agent website has mig***d successfully and correctly.•Utilize high attention to detail to review websites and provide feedback on potential problems and/or areas of improvement.•Support client field force throughout the migration process, utilizing communication channels such as phone calls and emails to answer any questions or address concerns.•Collect and analyze feedback from the field to share with Digital Marketing Product team to influence requirements, features, and user experience.
Qualifications:•Degree/Licenses Required: Bachelor's Degree•Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree•Areas of Study: Marketing•Minimum Level of Experience: 3-5 Years•Technical Knowledge and Skills:o Microsoft Word, PPT, Excelo Search Engine Optimization experienceo Experience in account/relationship management.o Understanding of client Agency Structure a pluso Experience with Digital Media for Personal Branding a plus
