It's important to continue to live out our mission and legacy of being Milwaukee's #1 shoe store and recipient of Wisconsin's #1 family business "Sole of the Family Award".Responsibilities include:* Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries regarding their orders.* Resolve product or service problems by determining the issue, selecting the resolution, and implementing the correction to the customers' satisfaction* Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or replacements* Recommend potential products or services to management by understanding customer needs* Create and update product listings and work with SEO team* Maintain and develop an online procedure guide and knowledge database* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition* Other duties as assigned by supervisor**Required Education and Skills*** High School diploma or GED Equivalent* 2-3 years experience working in retail, call center, or other one-on-one environments* Able to work independently and with a team against project deadlines* Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers* Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members* Motivation to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision* Excellent problem-solving ability* Flexibility - willingness to adapt to change* Capacity to work well with others**WORK SCHEDULE**This position works **40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with possible weekend hours during peak season** .If you feel that you have the right customer service skills for this retail job, please fill out our initial **3-minute, mobile-friendly application** .
