Position Summary

The Marketing Manager plans and develops marketing plans, social media and other content at Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing. The goal of this role is to effectively promote the company’s solutions and products in methods which meet or exceed company’s marketing goals.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee Report(s)Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaignsRecommend appropriate sales and marketing channelsGuide the research and analysis of market dataDetermine company brand statement then align all creative content to this messageEvaluate and execute cost-efficient and effective print, broadcast, internet, and conference space campaignsDevelop, design, and produce content to advertise the company through physical or digital contentOversee and create, maintain, and update content to attract business through social media, blog posts, and webinarsWork with report(s) to develop clear and easy to read presentations to showcase the company in its best lightMaintain company website to keep with current trends, align content with the company’s brand, and streamline lead generationDetermine where and how new solutions and products can be positionedRun aggressive and exhaustive campaigns to promote newly developed products, new features and benefitsWork with report(s) to coordinate conference visits to showcase the company and generate leadsKeep current on all new emerging communications, technology, and trendsOther duties as assignedRegulatory Responsibilities

Conduct all work in compliance with FDA, 21 CFR 210 and 211, and other regulatory agency requirementsSupervisory Responsibilities

Three (3) years’ related experience in a technical/scientific environmentEducation

BA in Marketing or Graphic Design and/or BS in ScienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities

Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and principlesBetter than average computer proficiency, ability to learn new softwareProficiency in graphic designManagement of personnel a plusAble to learn business technologies and etiquette quickly to convey the company and its services accurately and intelligiblyCreativityProficiency with SEO and analytical toolsStrong organization skillsOral and written communication skillsSelf-assurance and competenceAble to build trust with internal and external stakeholdersAble to manage a variety of tasks and activities with occasional disruptionsAble to adjust to changing priorities, schedules and planned work with minimal noticeAble to travel up to 50% of the timePhysical Requirements
