The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire company, with an emphasis on non-aerospace product lines. They will collaborate with our marketing firm to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork together with our marketing firm to support all marketing effortsLead market research efforts to understand the current customer/competitor environment and the viability of RMB's existing products/servicesLead communication/coordination with media agenciesBrainstorm ideas for new campaigns and new productsMonitor and analyze data to evaluate the success of RMB's marketing effortsDevelop sales-related collateral material (digital and hard copy formats)Coordinate with the sales team to produce effective strategies for lead generation (digital outreach, web design, trade shows, and customer contacts)Manage budgets for marketing resourcesWork with senior team members to incorporate the right tone and message into RMB's marketing materialsRequired Skills and AbilitiesPossess excellent analytical skillsPossess strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and ZoomInfoHave experience with Google Analytics (highly desirable)QualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing or a related fieldMinimum of three years' experience in B2B marketing
