The Pembroke Hill School
(PHS)has partnered with CBIZ EFL Associates to lead the national search for the next
Director of Marketing and Communications . The Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the school's mission and values. Reporting to the Head of School and serving as a member of the Administrative Team, the Director will lead a creative team and manage all aspects of marketing, communications, and brand integrity. This includes overseeing the school's digital presence, media relations, and visual content, as well as advising on crisis management and producing compelling stories that convey the depth of Pembroke Hill's programs. We seek a candidate with a strong background in strategic communications, team leadership, and brand management who can effectively balance multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
