1-3 Years of Sales and/or Field Management - (Home Improvement Field Marketing Experience a Plus!)
Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Door to Door Team
Effectively recruit and hire
Set/exceed objectives of Sales Team performance
Achieve Territory Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts
Proven record of sales success from planning to closing AND/OR Any Management experience with proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to work light evenings, light Saturday and travel
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team
Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward
Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
Ensure quotas are met/exceeded by hold daily check-ins
Manage team reporting processes
