Our Marketing Coordinator will help develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns. They will assist in collecting data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve our company's marketing efforts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing dataSupporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentationsCommunicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or usePlanning and managing conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contactsMaintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as neededContinually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadershipEnsures that marketing projects deliver on time by coordinating project details with marketing department launch and marketing department staff, routes materials for approvals and manages project timelinesGenerate and compile performance marketing data to help provide insights/reports to the leadership teamActualizes marketing budgets on quarterly basisDevelops year end reporting for marketing effortsSupport for acquiring, loading and managing digital marketing assetsEnsures all manufacturer web sites are current and accurateAttends weekly Marketing Meetings as neededEnsures that all EAG websites and digital marketing activities are brand-centric, deliver a measurable impact and are consistent with the overall marketing strategyMonitors and analyses Google analytics data to ensure websites achieve sales conversion and engagement goalsPrepares monthly and quarterly lead/sales data and other relevant e-commerce analytics to the Marketing Team, dealership E-Commerce/Sales/General Managers and Leadership TeamOther Duties: Job description is not designed to cover a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. A.) in related field from four-year college or university; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors and freelancers.Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environmentExperience with digital graphics creation (i.e. Canva & other related sources)Strong Communication and ability to script marketing communications.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILLITIES:This role will not have supervisory responsibilities.WORK ENVIRONMENT:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
