Expanding regional title agency is seeking a local individual to be our face, eyes & ears in the real estate community.
We are seeking an outgoing individual with impeccable communication skills with a focus on customer service. This individual will work as a bridge of communication between realtors and lenders and our office. Our Marketing and Sales team is expected to personally interact daily with our primary target groups, realtors, and lenders. Secondly, the Marketing and Sales duties include assisting in monitoring our quality of service, public speaking and presentations regarding our services and our price points, prospecting new relationships, and assisting in resolving customer complaints and driving solutions to them.
Our Sales Team is provided with a CRM tool to document interactions, calls, text messages, meetings, client information, etc. to enhance productivity and effectiveness with individualized marketing in Huntington and surrounding areas.
The leadership team is engaged in ensuring a positive customer experience and looks to the Sales Team for input regarding changes in our service, policies, and processes to maintain a competitive edge.
A positive attitude and engaging personality are required for this position.
