About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for Computed Tomography. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading global marketing efforts and defining a growth and marketing strategy that is effectively communicated and delivered across the global business. This role requires a strong focus on business partnership and strategy, including the development and implementation of a growth strategy in collaboration with the modality GM, as well as the coordination of strategic planning processes. The CMO will also be responsible for gaining customer insights, driving marketing innovation, and leading a team of marketing professionals with a commercial mindset to ensure successful product commercialization and share growth.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' of marketing and commercial experience, including a minimum of 5 years' in product marketing. Additionally, the role demands a proven track record in leadership, with at least 5 years' of direct people management experience and 3 years' of experience leading global teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, healthcare product and industry acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. While not mandatory, a Master's degree, MBA, or experience in product management or sales is highly desirable.
