About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for Molecular Imaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global marketing team and defining, communicating, and executing a growth and marketing strategy within the molecular imaging business. This strategy encompasses activities such as share gain, commercial activation of new product introductions, and driving programs for growth in the installed base. The role requires the development of in-depth qualitative and quantitative customer insights, identification of success factors, and the alignment of strategy execution across various geographies. The CMO will also be tasked with fostering a commercial mindset, leading the marketing commercial activation process, and partnering with commercial leaders to enhance commercialization plans.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, biosciences, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of marketing and commercial experience, including a minimum of 5 years' in product marketing. Additionally, the role demands a strong leader with at least 5 years' of direct people management experience and a proven track record of leading global teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, healthcare product and industry acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. While not mandatory, a Master's degree, particularly an MBA, and experience in product management or sales are considered desirable.
