Uphold and Adhere to Hoffman Hydronics Core ValuesCreate preliminary proposal layouts of packages for sale using AutoCADEstimate package fabrication costs for sale using Microsoft ExcelWork with sales on design of packageCreate 3D models of packages and submittal drawings for sale using Autodesk InventorCreate suite of fabrication drawings for product teamTroubleshoot with production teamAddress any other loose ends as required to complete and ship out a packageCreate 3D model librariesEducation and Experience:
Associates Degree required3+ years of mechanical design experience required; 5+ years experience preferredHighly developed interpersonal and analytical skillsSkills and Qualifications:
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliableStrong time management skillsSincere desire to help othersStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timelinessMust possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough resultsSuperior written and oral communication skillsProven problem solving, leadership and listening skillsProduct and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)Strong technical aptitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple taskStrong administrative and organizational skillsWorking Conditions:
Normal office environmentModerate lifting may be required to move equipment, files and suppliesFlexibility to work outside of normal office hours to ensure task are completedPhysical Demands:
