The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing an integrated communications strategy that highlights the capabilities and innovations of the company's AI technology for a global audience. This role involves leading a team of communications professionals, developing compelling messaging for various platforms, and ensuring that the company's AI story is effectively communicated both internally and externally. The Head of Communications will also be a key advisor to the senior leadership team, including the board, on the most effective strategies to shape positive perceptions and drive growth for the AI business. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 15-20 years' of formal communications experience, preferably in public relations or corporate positioning, and a proven track record in product communications or PR. The role requires an individual with exceptional writing and editing skills, the ability to influence key audiences, and a talent for developing creative communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, a collaborative team player, and an expert in the latest AI and tech trends. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is required, and a strong understanding of enterprise software and sales in a communications practice is a plus.
