How you'll contribute:As a Channel Marketing Consultant, you'll be responsible for marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns targeting Brighthouse Financials' strategic firm distribution partners and financial professionals. You'll develop channelized and firm specific marketing approaches to drive activity, leads, and sales. Additionally, you'll enable firm readiness for new product launches and use of our materials with financial professionals and clients at our partner firms. This role is an integral member of the Brand, Channel and Creative team, reporting to the Annuity Channel Marketing Manager.
In this role, you'll get to:Own marketing strategies and implementation for assigned firms and channelsOwn marketing material approvals and renewals at key strategic firmsProvide conference marketing support to Distribution partnersCreate firm and channel specific content and campaigns, such as direct mail and emailOversee creative development in collaboration with internal agency partnerAnalyze firm engagement and campaign performance to provide insights and optimizationsFoster collaborative relationships with Strategic Relationship Managers and Divisional Sales ManagersWe're looking for people who have:
Ability to build strong partnerships within cross-organizational teamsEffective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of managementStrong attention to details, and superb project management skillsAbility to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations3-5 years of marketing campaign, conference, or field support experience preferredResearch shows some people may not apply for a role if they don't check all the boxes of a job description. What you'll receive:
Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $70,000 - $85,000 plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results.Flexible Work Environment
