It’s all here for you at Kimberly-Clark.What You’ll Do (Role Purpose)The Global Senior Director Marketing Strategy and Innovation - Feminine Care reports into the Global VP & Sector Leader. This strategic business leader will be responsible for driving the global development, revenue and profit growth for the Feminine Care Category. You will develop cohesive and aligned global sector, brand strategies and plans to deliver financial sector goals by influencing and working closely with the company’s Regional Sectors and key countries around the world. In addition, you will drive the strategic plan by establishing a category portfolio based on consumer driven insights.The Impact You Can MakeCreate a global category and brand vision to drive growth strategiesIdentify the market opportunities and Kimberly Clark’s (K-C) targeted spaces, the consumer segmentation and align the global brand profile; K-C’s brand(s)/ portfolio strategy and strategic go-to-market pathwayIdentify Capability and organization requirement recommendationsPartners with the Creative & Design team, Regional Sector Leaders, Agency, and Lead Markets to develop and execute Global Brand Ideas, which will be led by the Consumer Experience resourceAlign the Regional Sector Leaders and key stakeholders; Lead a core team cross functional Capabilities TeamSet Objectives / Goals / Strategies / Measures (OGSiM) for the category, align it regionally and cross functionally.Co-Lead the development of the Brand Foundational Tools, which include: Brand Segmentation, Brand Architecture, Brand PromiseSupport the Global Innovation team to achieve a robust pipeline of product innovations and solutionsEnsure major initiatives across multiple markets and clusters are successfully launchedBuild a cohesive and effective team to deliver the Sector OGSiMChampion effective marketing strategies and plans, integrate GGO processes, tools and resources and enable best practices sharingSet long term sector strategic vision and 10 year plan to deliver Sector and Global Business Plan (GBP) goalsJointly accountable with Regional Sectors for delivering OGSM and sector targets (financial, market share and brand equity)Define strategy and portfolio based on competitive intelligence and trends analysisLeads and drives the category/brand agenda with Regional sector Leaders to achieve stronger brand equity and market resultsCreate an environment to share and scale best practice and knowledge sharingDraws on and supports the GGO agenda for improving marketing capabilities and processesCollaborates with regional senior leadership to drive implementationManages a Senior Brand Manager and works closely on a matrix basis with Capability, Research & Engineering and Regional leadersAbout Us:At Kimberly-Clark, you’ll be part of the best teams committed to driving innovation and growth.
