It starts with YOU.The Digital Marketing leader is a senior member of the North America DTS (IT) group at Kimberly-Clark. Digital Marketing is at the heart of Kimberly-Clark’s evolving business strategy and business growth targets. This role is a technical practice leader for the production and operation of orchestrated personalized digital products and experiences across channels including web, mobile, CRM, service, social, media and data & analytics.This role also enables a transformation from transient project delivery models to persistent product teams that continuously and quickly adapt to the consumer’s needs and the objectives of Kimberly-Clark’s B2B and consumer brands.Product teams will leverage and extend the global digital experience platform, an integrated set of core technologies that support the composition of contextualized features, atomic and modular content, and services.As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the Digital Marketing technology strategy across all North America Consumer (B2C) and Professional (B2B). This pivotal role involves leading the direction, design, and execution of digital data products.In this role, you will:Own all aspects of Marketing/Consumer facing data & technology for the KCNA segment which includes:Define the technology strategy for the NA Consumer, B2B and Thinx business and its execution through digital products, implementing differentiated technologies and support business operations to enable $11B+ NA business growth.Lead the development and execution of the CX and Marketing Tech Strategy in support of KCNA Segment.Be accountable for web, eCommerce, mobile app, and other digital experience product delivery, technical operations, and marketing operations including CRM, service, product information management, digital asset management, content distribution and syndication, social care and engagement, media and ad tech, measurement and reporting, and data management.Develop SBP and Technology investment plans and activation for KCNA Segment, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development and realization, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans.Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO.Act as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow. Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy, and innovation. Promote and build global leaders, develop resources with the needed functional and technical skills required to meet Kimberly-Clark’s growing application portfolio and changing technology needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Vision & Execution:

Lead and execute an integrated digital marketing technology strategy that aligns with Kimberly-Clark's NA overall business goals, key marketplace trends, opportunities, and vulnerabilities. Partner closely with product management to define the roadmaps, develop and deliver on new services to address market and customer needs.Functional & Technology Expertise:

End-to-end functional and technical leadership, from ideation, design, and implementation ensuring a seamless integration and functionality of key platforms, particularly Microsoft products, Salesforce, and cloud solutions.Idea Generation & Validation : Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, encouraging the generation of innovative ideas and concepts. Encourage innovation and strive for excellence in digital offerings across all product teams.Portfolio Management:

in strong collaboration with NA segment and global/regional segments, lead prioritize value creation balancing business case and OKRs development, impact and adoption maximizing globalization efforts, scalability, and overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).Optimize and Enable Speed:

Lead and execute technology roadmaps to optimize and reduce technical debt, anticipating, and incorporating best-in-class scalable architectures.Operational excellence:

Oversee digital operations to ensure excellence in service delivery and support operations. Lead critical operational processes including audits, change management, incident resolution, problem management, and configuration management.Organization Effectiveness:

Identify, recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent. Establish a high-performing Marketing engineering team to support our growth initiatives balancing quality delivered, speed to market, TCO and compliance.Data & Analytics:

lead and execute an integrated marketing data & analytics strategy to drive strategic marketing actions, enhanced customer engagement and personalized consumer experiences.Scope/Categories:Role will report to the North America CIO. This position has direct reports for the marketing NA B2C and B2B functions including experience products. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing including web, mobile, social, CRM, D2C, media and data & analytics and technology platforms like Sitecore, Salesforce, Snowflake, Magento, Shopify, Google Analytics, among others.5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing end-to-end cloud solutions.Proven experience with architectural design patterns such as Microservices, APIs, event-driven data flows, serverless architectures, containers, connectivity, and device management.Demonstrated expertise in industry standards for securing digital products.Deep understanding of designing solutions for scalability and resiliency.Deep understanding of full tech stacks (Java, JavaScript, Swift, Python, React, Node.js, RESTful services, GraphQL, Message brokers (MQTT), JSON, HTML/HTML5, CSS, etc.).3+ year demonstrable experience with Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD is required.15+ years’ experience in large, complex consumer oriented and B2B industries.10+ years of experience leading large, remote, global IT teams, with 5+ years focused on development lifecycle leadership within a product team framework. Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.3+ years demonstrable experience in effectively working with Agile and Product teams, including involvement with epics, user stories, sprints, and backlog management. Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and scrum masters to foster a productive and agile environment.Skilled in leading communication efforts and reporting, adept at preparing and presenting comprehensive updates and reports to senior leaders and stakeholders. Ability to succinctly highlight key metrics, progress, and insights, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels of the organization.3+ years demonstrable proficiency in prioritizing the product backlog as a core responsibility of the Product Owner role, ensuring that items are assessed and ordered based on their value, complexity, and impact to the business.
