Role: Family Trust is in search of a highly skilled Marketing Data Specialist with 3+ years of experience to help research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new clients and assist in managing our CRM. Marketing Analyst responsibilities include researching consumer behavior, exploring market trends and opportunities, tracking transactional data and CRM communications. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with website management, Google Analytics (G4), CRM Management, and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data. Above all, the Marketing Data Analyst must be comfortable in a collaborative role that is creative, as well as business-driven and member-centered.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Analyze sales funnels and member intent

· Measure ROI of online and offline marketing advertising campaigns

· Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic

· Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)

· Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data

· Recommend website and campaign optimizations

· Work closely with marketing team to identify opportunities for new member acquisition

· Ensure CRM best practices are met and delivered

· Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic initiatives.

· Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.

· Analyzes member data using database queries, spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.

· Evaluates members’ online behavior and provides insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.

· Analyzes A/B and multi-variate tests, communicates results, and provide recommendations.

· Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for member and market data.

· Promote and foster a “learning culture” by monitoring the latest industry thinking and innovation to inform the direction for future strategies/plans.

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience:

2-5 years of CRM experience. 3+ years of in-depth understanding of campaign strategies and SEO practices. 2-5 years of disseminating data and turning it into marketing campaigns and insights. Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness. 2+ years of experience building and automating management-level reporting. Experience with Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, planner, to-do, Outlook, and Teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or equivalent work experience accepted.

Interpersonal Skills: Successful candidates are hungry, humble, and possess high emotional intelligence. They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, will be self-motivated, able to achieve goals with minimal supervision, and will enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with other team members.

Other Skills:

Background in marketing research, analytics, customer service, email marketing software/ technology, and able to run spreadsheets, word processing, and understand publishing software. Innovative and creative mindset a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
