Event Marketing Coordinator

ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Event Marketing Coordinator to support our premier cloud computing client's Public Sector Global Events team. The role is fully remote and starts as a 6-month contract opportunity.

• Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact, relevant, and cohesive messaging across all event-related content
• Manage production and delivery of event deliverables related to content development, customer coordination, operational execution and reporting
• Create comprehensive event project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners, and escalate risks and challenges appropriately
• Provide editorial reviews of various content types across the organization
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work

• 3+ years of experience in event planning/operations, content coordination and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with project tracking tools.
• Excellent writing/editorial skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies or technology event experience, preferred.
