This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA OR 51 Astor Pl, New York, NY (expected to come onsite 2-3 days/week)

Required Skills:

You have 5+ years hands-on experience in event promotion, Lead Generation and/or demand generation, developing winning data driven strategies.

You are highly collaborative in your approach with partnering effectively with many different internal and external stakeholders, including Web, Paid Media, Sales, and external agency teams.

You possess some knowledge of best practices in event promotion, sales outreach, B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing.

You have experience with managing pipeline generation, lead scoring, and managing integrated campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.

You are relentlessly data driven; focus on funnel optimization and optimization of the sales and marketing process.

You have a competitive spirit with a strong bias for action for constant rapid testing, learning and iterating and have proven examples of how you have used this to deliver meaningful results.

You are a self-starter and thrive when building something new, including initiating and leading efforts, projects and programs.

You are extremely organized, dependable and a stickler for the details. You are flexible and adaptive to change with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You have prior software industry experience with B2B marketing; experience with SaaS based marketing solutions a plus

Duties:

Lead campaign development and management of all event promotion initiatives across client owned events, webinars, and industry events Support specific event and business goals through campaign development pre, during, and post-event via effective personalization, curation and execution across various marketing channels (Email, SMS, IPDs, etc.) Create and manage all aspects of campaigns in partnership with Wink and external agencies when it pertains to: asset creation, gathering and providing feedback, campaign localization, and more Work with cross-functional channel leads (Web, Social, PR), Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to develop a comprehensive event promotion plans that is seamlessly executed across all channels Oversee the development of event promotion toolkits and playbooks to quickly scale events practice and enable the team to flawlessly execute on all event promotion pre-, during, and post-event Coordinate with Sales and Ops teams to ensure all leads are accounted for, lists are processed, and assigned to the appropriate sales reps for follow-up Ensure that the campaign s goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to Proactively solve problems, anticipate needs and provide solutions to challenges that both clients and our team face on a regular basis Work with data analytics to improve the quality of the MQLs generated Analyze and understand key market segments to develop compelling messaging and marketing offers. Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to target segments and generate highly qualified leads. Rigorously manage, measure, and analyze all marketing campaigns and tactics driving to conversion rate increases and funnel optimization. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present results to facilitate sound decision-making.
