We're seeking a Media Production Manager to lead our studio operations and drive the creative direction for media services, video production, and technology. You'll lead and coordinate projects while ensuring seamless operations, upholding quality standards, and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and empower team members to maximize productivity, teamwork, and results. You'll provide work direction, manage performance, and foster positive employee relations.
  • Oversee all aspects of our studio, from production and design, to testing and implementation. Keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with operational goals.
  • Manage audiovisual assignments for meetings and events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure optimal security and performance of studio equipment and software.
  • Handle key elements of live events and review contracts with event planning companies.
  • Lead the selection of actors for video and audio production. Conduct interviews, schedule shoots, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and guidelines for digital media content.
  • Coordinate projects while maintaining open communication with business partners.
  • Manage the studio budget effectively.
  • Follow historic archiving guidelines for maintaining and filing Advertising materials.
  • Stay informed about Federated's history, operations, culture, and multimedia trends.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in media production.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge of MAC and Adobe AfterEffects and/or Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Wrike project management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of photography, lighting, and filming best practices preferred.
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and/or personnel information.
  • Ability to interact and work effectively with all levels of Company employees, clients, and/or others.
  • Travel by car and/or plane frequently. Including overnight travel.
  • Perceive differences in hue, intensity, and lightness and darkness.
  • Ascend/descend a ladder.
  • Leg and back dexterity to bend, stoop, crawl, and/or work in tight spaces.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Push and/or pull items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Extend arms above shoulders to reach items.
