The Prime Video Brand Marketing and Strategy team is looking for an analytical and consumer-focused senior marketing manager to join our team and help us achieve our brand growth and brand marketing goals.

You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the way in which Prime Video measures its brand, and how it assesses that data to drive projects and actionable results. You will work across the enterprise on significant marketing events such as Prime Day, to drive marketing goals. You will work on projects that drive brand growth from working on internal partnerships, to helping to develop strategies to impact the strength we have with our audiences globally. This role requires an individual with a passion for consumer behavior, excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen. You will have the opportunity to think big, manage in the ambiguity, have strong attention to detail and be motivated by an entrepreneurial environment where it is still Day 1.

This role must operate from a global company-wide perspective and lead cross-functional and cross-business projects. This person will need to influence internal stakeholders as well as share up to senior leadership and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This role requires an analytical marketer who can dive deep into data and use it to make key strategic business decisions that drive value for customers globally. You will also work with teams across the broader Amazon ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities

Dive deep into the data to understand complex business problems across teams and geographies to create hypotheses and translate this into significant insights that help PV grow our brand loveStakeholder management: Work with cross functional business teams to understand current gaps, identify priorities and collaborate with them on programs and actions to improve our customers' experience.Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs; ensure broad awareness of different regions and variances as well as empathy for customer pain pointsAct as business lead for research projects (e.g. secondary research, business analytics), working closely with the consumer insights team, to support brand strategyLead ad hoc projects, or lead workstreams within larger projects, that support brand strategy and marketing prioritiesEffective communication and executive writing to drive business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languagesExperience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partnersExperience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprintExperience in business or strategic consultingExperience in brand strategy, brand building, brand analyticsExperience with customer research including customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingExperience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysisExperience with managing large cross-functional projectsOutstanding analytical skills and strong business acumenStrong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with and understanding of marketing concepts and practicesExperience working in TV, film, or entertainment industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
