The Prime Video Store (TVOD) offers more than 100,000 movies and television shows available to rent or purchase on demand. We are looking for a passionate, customer obsessed, and seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager to implement and adapt our global brand strategy across US TVOD, partnering closely with our LA-based global brand organization, and sharing best practices for our global TVOD teams. They will develop TVOD paid media campaigns for the US TVOD offering and high-impact strategic initiatives, as well as lead the optimal integration of TVOD into the Prime Video global brand strategy. This role will strategize strengthening Prime Video’s value proposition by promoting the early access theatrical release content, broad catalog section, and exclusive promotions offered within TVOD. They will deliver innovative marketing campaigns to delight customers and drive brand KPIs and work closely with PR to support TVOD brand building. They will also oversee all creative, design, and copy for TVOD brand marketing campaigns (offsite and Amazon owned and operated).

We seek an experienced leader with a proven track record of mobilizing cross-functional teams, planning, and delivering results with a penchant for testing, learning and making data-driven decisions. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, and establish best brand practices for TVOD.

Key job responsibilities

Build partner engagement model that bridges global PV Brand strategy with TVOD specific brand and marketing opportunities

Partner with PV Marketing to build an annual brand communication calendar and align on key audiences

Develop campaign briefs for our media, creative, social and PR partners and act as central point of contact with both internal and agency partners

Own a paid media budget for upper-funnel campaigns proving effectiveness and efficiency.

Partner with TVOD studios and central creative to secure and finalize brand creative assets

Support delivery of external sponsorships and internal cross-marketing tactics that deliver against awareness goals, inclusive of pre-evaluation, delivery and post-evaluation

Optimize spend to achieve business goals

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
