As the leader of the business development and marketing team, your responsibility is full ownership and management of the MediaLabs growth strategy, building a sales team, and consulting on product roadmap. This role requires strong cross-discipline leadership skills, as you will partner closely with our clients, analytics, creative, finance, and product teams to deliver a best in class media solution.The Intuit SMB MediaLabs Team is seeking a seasoned Group Manager who has a proven track record and is passionate about driving high growth returns.Responsibilities:Leading our sales strategy and execution for the Business Development team.Shape the future of our BD organization by building, training and motivating a high performing team.Using industry and advertiser insights and data to develop the vision and strategies for how we will achieve our one, three, and five year goalsPartner with internal stakeholders to develop a BD and marketing strategy that enables Intuit SMB MediaLabs to win the market by meeting advertiser objectives, scaling media investment, scaling revenue optionality and creating meaningful and sustainable revenue growth through long term relationshipsBuild on established relationships and develop new relationships with industry executive decision-makers across all categoriesPartner closely with Ad Operations, Ad Strategy and Measurement teams to analyze data trends and client performance, as to scale shared learnings and best practices to grow our client’s business through ongoing improvements and opportunities to scale investmentPartner closely with Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product development in support of team needsAct as an external spokesperson and evangelize our brand in the marketWorking closely with finance and analytics teams to define KPIs and build business forecastsMinimum Requirements:10+ years of leadership experience in the digital media industryStrong track record in growing revenue and/or growing revenue within early-stage media propertiesProven success across revenue strategy, sales productivity, and industry partnershipsStrong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategiesStrong focus on operational excellence and integrityOutstanding go-to-market strategy and operational rigor for the successful execution of the sales strategyStrong leadership skills that inspire, drive urgency, and challenge teams of individual contributors and leaders, alike, to think big and drive transformational thinking to advance team performance, health, and cultureBuild strong cross-functional partnerships to drive discussions with the product and engineering teams driving alignment. Translating business needs into the roadmap.
